  1. My DL is pretty measly so deloaded by ramping up 5s until it felt heavy. But it only felt hevy at 130kg which was my previous 1RM believe it or not (from some 6m ago didnt deadlift for ages). So couldnt help myself and knocked 5 at 140kg for good measure (didn’t feel like 5RM!)
    1) Deadlift:
    5×60/70/80/90/100/110/120/130/140kg

    After that I crashed, went to take a nap. Later went down to this fitness place in my block of flats which has concept 2 and knocked out one of the Norcal Lab conditioning pieces

    2) 1000m, rest 1min, 800m, rest 3min
    1000m, rest 1min 600m, rest 3min
    1000m, rest 1min 400m, rest 3min
    1000m, rest 1min 200m, rest 3min

    1000s at moderate intensity (2000m PR pace plus 10-15sec/500m) 1:55-2:00
    800, 600, 400, 200 at hard intensity (2000m PR pace plus 0-10sec/500m) 1:45-1:55
