Snatch: 265lbs (PR) Clean & Jerk: 325lbs Front Squat: 365lbs (PR) Three weeks following outlaw barbell.
Snatch 225#
Clean and jerk 275#
Front squat 295#

Snatch 135 (+5)
C&J 185# clean. Couldn’t jerk it.
Didn’t do front squat because of time restraints.
1) snatch 65kg
2) clean&jerk: 87,5kg (PR) 🙂
3) 3RM FS, almost got 95kg, 2,5 reps 😉
