  1. Hey Rudy – Seems like your Tuesday squat posts for this week and last week are behind a week from the regularly scheduled Hatch program. We should be on Week 9, Day 1 with the following percentages, unless you’ve decided to modify it somehow:

    BS: 5@60%, 3@70%, 2@80%, 2@90%, 1@95%
    FS: 5@65%, 4@75%/80%/85%

    • Two weeks in a row with no official response….guess we’ll never know…..I’ll stick to the regular hatch cycle as well

      • I am assuming it’s due to him traveling and working hard to get all of the Para Bellum Camp t-shirts packed and shipped……..

  5. First of all a huge thanks for the Programming.
    I won my first CrossFit Event competing against some of the best Crossfitters of Germany, Austria and Suisse this weekend by simple sticking to the Outlaw Way in addition with Outlaw Connectivity! Also hit a 5 kg PR in the SquatClean+FS with 135 kg (~1,5 times BW)
    First prize was an Eleike XF Bar, kinda worth dying week to week through your programming!

I did PR, got about 15-20′. No more bitchassness on the metcons tho I promise.
