1) Clean from Blocks (above knee): 2rm (drop each rep and reset quickly)- 1×2@95%, 1×2@90%

2) Split Jerk off Blocks (drop each rep): 2rm- 1×2@95%, 1×2@90%

Strength

1a) 4XME Tempo Strict Pull-ups (fast up, 3 second pause with chin over the bar, 3 seconds back down) – rest 90 sec.

1b) 4X3 Behind-the-neck Push Press with 3 second Pause OH (clean grip) – heaviest possible, rest 90 sec.

    Strength
    1) 5, 5, 4, 4 – toughest part was my hands feeling like they were going to explode.
    2) 155, 185, 195, 200(1) – toughest part was getting a solid rack on reps 2 and 3.

    • Decided I liked my hands too much for the metcon. Got 17 pull-ups in and stopped. Lats fried from earlier so I was crashing down and the hands were not holding up.

    -Took last week off after Regionals, looking forward to this upcoming year. Got 2 Goals this year, Qualify as an Individual and Post more frequently. Anybody know if any Outlaws qualified for The Big Show?

    • Swan out of Australia. Other than him, idk.

      Also, I believe there is at least one team that qualified, but idk if there are more than that.
