      The pull-up bar I was using had been taped at some point, and there were some remnants of glue on it that caused me to tear on the last round. Sucks.

    3rm jerk: worked squat jerks today. Got 185, but kept missing at 205. Wanna get back to working these more.

    Bench: 175,205, 230×10!! (10lb pr for 10) a forever goal of mine has been 10@225 so I’m pretty pumped on this.
