WL: 1) 235# 2) 300# (not a PR, but best since spraining wrist in February) Strength: 1) 300# – 315(2) – 315(1)
C&J: 152kg Snatch: 115kg Front Squat: 165kg Weighed in at 224lbs. this morning. Am I better off staying at this weight and competing 105? Or is 94 a realistic possibility
