Email from Outlaw Barbell follower Brett Waterworth:
Good morning!
Hard work and good programming paying off! After doing Murph with a 20lb vest Monday in 44 minutes I hit this massive PR of 275 for two Tuesday afternoon. Thank you all so much for the programming! My numbers have exploded over the past year but especially since following the barbell program. Hopefully I can keep it up and represent Outlaw at the AO or Nationals next year as a 94.
The Meet-week Prep Template has been added to the Outlaw Barbell Description page for future reference.
