    2) Clean&Jerk 80kg
    3) 3RM 92,5kg

    Clean and Jerk: 275
    Front Squat single: 315
    Worked up to Strict Press 1RM: 165 (first time shoulder has allowed heavier press in months…very happy) 2 drop sets at 150 and 145 for triples

  5. In the process of moving, so did this Sunday AM. Just did power versions to save legs for tomorrow.
