I don’t have blocks, so I do my “block cleans” off of a 2 count pause above the knee. Is this sustainable?
Since Wednesday’s work is cleans with a 2 count pause at the knee, I would find an alternative to using blocks so you can still do the cleans “off blocks”. You can stack plates to get to the correct height, or you can use smaller plyo boxes and plates. Do the clean, then if you cannot drop it on the plates, drop to the floor and reset.
