  12. Has anyone been failing the last sets of the past three weeks of Tuesday’s back squat? My training partner and I both have failed our last rep of the last sets. Should we continue based off our 1RM or should we take off some weight?

    Squats) failed my 1@100% (315) fronts felt easier.

    CND) 17:30. Got to bar MU at 11 something and died. My hands are a real problem with any form of pull-ups not on the rings. Yolo. I’m back. It’s 545am Wednesday and I’m going to do something called “bench press” and “pendlay rows”.
