Maintain the perfect handstand shape that we’ve been practicing (when in doubt refer back to The Outlaw Connectivity Doctrine) but work with your hands about 18″ away from the wall. Focus on maintaining completely open shoulders. If you cannot perform this exercise with full shoulder extension move your hands in closer to the wall.
