2) Behind-the-Neck Jerk (off blocks): work to a 3rm (drop all reps) – 1×3@95%, 1×3@90% – rest as needed

  5. Sick with the flu Sunday and Monday, just getting back to it today. Still feeling kind of shitty . Did a combo of a few things from the past few days.

    Hang Snatch: Worked up to 205 for a triple, 215lb for a double
    Behind the Neck Jerk: 275 for a double

    HS walk practice: About 30′ at a time. Seem to always lose my balance right around 30 feet

    Cond: 2 rounds exactly. Could do more on a decent day. Stomach still rolling so I didnt push the pace at all

I don’t have time to break the work up, and I think I’ve just been getting hype for the BBG and strength so I don’t have anything left for the WoD. Good thing we have 35+ weeks until the Open.
