    2) 265 – 285(1) — No drops [Get blocks back next week, so I took it easy today; 285 felt easy]

    I lied last week, this wasn’t any easier than the first week. squats were miserable

  3. Weightlifting: 1) 195 lbs. This is plus ten from last week. Had to reset grip. I just need speed now, feeling much stronger.
    2) 185 lbs. Will have blocks come weekend.
    Acc: 1) 195 lbs. Plus ten from last wks.
    2) My first fail of cycle. Had to drop weight to get 5×5 Started 165, dropped to 155

    Strength: 1) 300 lbs. Feeling strong. My jeans getting tight in legs and butt even though I’ve dropped 5 lbs since cycle start.
    1b ) 165 lbs. Weak bench, but never benched before.

  5. WL:
    1) 245 +10 from last week.
    2) 275 – I hit 285 for 2 reps in two consecutive sets. Wasn’t able to get hit 3rd rep. Dropped to 280 on the drop set and hit it smoothly.

    1) 295 +20 from last week

    1b)230 – Yep… still hate benching.
