As always, camp was awesome. I spent my flight home trying to draw out a physics proof that relates the horizontal radius of the oval formed by your shoulders while performing butterfly pull-ups to the relative upward force required to get your chin over the bar. I guess you could say I’m pretty excited about The Science and Precision Series.
