@Junkin – Nice PR man! It’s hard to tell based on this video, so if you could post a full snatch, from the floor, in slo-mo, I could get a little bit better clarity, but it looks like you’re shifting your weight to your toes about 1/2 second before the bar gets to your hips, thus bringing your hips to the bar instead if the bar to the hips. I don’t know all, so take it with a grain of salt. Again, nice lift.
JCheek you’re dead on. I posted this on IG as well and in selecting the pic for it i was looking at my “power position” and it wasn’t very powerful. Once I finally got my torso upright I was into my toes. I tried 200 on Saturday from the floor and it was a NO WAY. I appreciate the help!
