    2.) 100, 110, 115, 120 kg (Just a 15 kg PR), didn’t do back off sets since i did so many sets leading up to the 120 kg.

      • actually it was a 14 kg PR.. i hit forgot i hit 106 last week, not as impressive i know 🙁 Just felt really good today. My 1 RM before today was 110, Shattered that.

    Anyone have any advice on nursing a pulled or near pulled hamstring? I can really feel it when I stretch my hamstrings.

    Drop sets done, best day I’ve had since starting on a Tuesday…getting used to the volume a bit more. Still beat up, but much better focus and body feels stronger.

    I don’t know if it’s a mobility or confidence issue, but I can’t fully go into a squat on my first rep, so I end up doing 4 reps. Practice maybe?
