    1) 175
    2) 265 – Snatch and C&J spread is the bane of my current existence.

    Strength:
    1)345 – 10lb PR from last week.

  2. WL:
    Snatch 195

    Had a bad drop @ 205 and had to pack it in for the day. Mentally, today was extraordinarily draining. Physically, I feel shot from the week’s work load.
