I understand what you are saying, but your setup sounds like it is off. They should be full cleans. The bar should be around mid-thigh, shoulders equal to the bar.
also, how much body English can we put on these bent rows? #kipping

In reference to the cleans, our 3RM from the floor last week was 71. Monday’s 3RM from the hang was 73. Today’s was 75 and I actually cut it a hit short. Seeing great progress. Sorry to veer off programming this weekend, but excited to see what I can hit. Feeling prepared for some PRs.
