    2) 3RM Jerk from Blocks (Full Squat Jerk): 3x70kg, 2x75kg
    3) 5×5 PushPress: 55kg
    4) 5×5 BenchPress: 50-52-55-57-60kg

  4. NFPL Combine this weekend. Hit the cleans and squats, but needed some time for skill work.

    Clean off blocks- 75
    Squats- 95
    (Two squats sets as Feont Squats for the weekend)

    In reference to the cleans, our 3RM from the floor last week was 71. Monday’s 3RM from the hang was 73. Today’s was 75 and I actually cut it a hit short. Seeing great progress. Sorry to veer off programming this weekend, but excited to see what I can hit. Feeling prepared for some PRs.

  5. Estimating 5RM was probably not the best idea, but I’d like to be in sync. Pretty sure I got close.

    105 for row. Didn’t push it. Felt really fatigued yesterday.
    Push press done with 95lbs

    Didn’t get to bench.

  8. Are we supposed to doing close to clean pull unders? Just a knee flexion, shoulders behind bar, and go straight up? No negative motion? Thanks.

    • bar should be on the blocks around mid-thigh, shoulders equal to the bar, no negative motion.
