    Not chance of pr’s today, just worked at perfect technique going heavy and stopped when tech wavered.

    5:55 – jumping muscle ups on rings (bought some), 95# Last time was 8:18 w/ jumping muscle ups on TRX bands.

  4. •Couch stretch- 3x30s each leg. Just did the regular, not the other 2 variations
    •Snatch- {15} 1×50, 60, 70, 80, 85, 90, 95, missed 100 in front, tried again & just deadlifted it.
    •C&j- {15} 1×70, 90, 100, 110, 115, 2 misses at 120 clean. Leaving it in front.
    Total= 95/115=210
    •Sprint- 2x10yds, 20, 30, 40, 30, 20, 10. For 14 total reps sprinting.

    Down in KY. As such, no access to barbell today. Therefore, two backyard WoDs:

    30 MUs for time: 8:25 (-1:50 PR); hung rings on tree, wasn’t even, and couldn’t extend during swing. But, I got to workout on the rings, so meh.

    3 RFT – 10 OHS/arm with 50# KB (20 total) + 50 DUs:

  9. 1) worked to 235 for 5 singles…roofed my brothers house from 8:00-6:00pm yesterday. Didn’t wanna go for a true max.
    2) worked up to 275 for 5 and 285 for 5 singles.

    Cond: 4:52… 36s PR.
