Today Cleary sent me the final camp summary video to go along with the series he shot at Lindy. He absolutely nailed it with this one. It’s behind the scenes and candid, and features interviews with staff members – without giving away too much of the instructional times which we’re saving for a few other installments. If you’ve never been to a camp or are wondering what we do, this paints a pretty accurate picture of what it’s like, and what we’re about.


Today I also had the opportunity to hang out and lift with US Olympian, Holley Mangold. She’s funny as hell, and obviously a great lifter – these two facts make her an elite human.

1) 8 minutes to establish a 3rm T&G Power Snatch.

2) 8 minutes to establish a 3rm T&G Power Clean & Push Jerk.

Strength

1) Back Squat: 1X10@60%, 1X8@65%, 1X8@70%, 1X8@75% – rest as needed.

Conditioning

This is one continuous effort.

10 min Max Distance Sled Drag (forward facing – march style).

*Load should be heavy, but movement should be continuous for all 10 minutes.

    Just did TOW camp last weekend and it was amazing! I would highly recommend coaches and athletes to attend.

    • Conditioning: Modified even more~ 10 min run in 30lb vest/10 min wod *25abmat sit-ups-25HRPU’s-5 M-U/10 min Airdyne at moderately hard pace. 4 rds of the wod completed.

      Legs cramping ever since I left the gym the first time from HBBS/FS, cramped on the run and airdyne. Got something in though. M-U done UB except for last rd 3/2
