Not sure about u guys but my body is fried. I tried to workout today and it was not happening. Snatched from blocks up to 95kg and tried a few other things and called it a day.
+1 ~ felt fine until weight got heavy then just felt like garbage. (-20#’s from last week)
Me exactly. Snatch felt just ok, everything else lifting wise was awful.
Felt surprisingly good today. Was very sore last week after the thruster/burpee, but not at all after 14.5

14.5 Redo: 12:55. 0:55 PR from Friday.
Open notes: 14.3 sucked, for me, as I got more points in that WoD than the other 4 combined. When looking at correlations, I’m going to assume that 14.3 was the least representative of overall fitness. At least that thought will help me sleep at night. Otherwise, I could only be slightly happier as we wait to see how much the individual competition will shake up the team side of things. Went from 497th to 318th with 9 months of Outlaw. Excited to see where I will be one year from now…
