  1. Not that you ever make mistakes with programming, just making sure… We have been doing 2 reps on snatch every week on EMOM. Today, you have 3. Is that accurate? Thx

    1) 175lb – Same weight I did only 2 reps with last week so felt good about this – 18/18

    Started it, got through the 135# thrusters, and still had a terrible pain at the base of my skull. Had the chiro come check me out. Said something related to my atlas. Corrected it, I hope.
