BBG

1) 5X1 Clean from blocks (just above knee) & Jerk – work to a max for the day, rest 90 sec.

2) 4X3 Jerk Recoveries @ 100-120% (of max Jerk) – rest 90 sec.

Strength

1) Back Squat: 1 attempt to establish a 20RM – rest 1:00 (before #2)

*Add approximately 5-10# to last week’s number, but do not go heavy enough to fail.

2) Front Squat: Max Reps @ 100% of #1 (after 1:00 rest)

Conditioning

    *I never posted my scores for 14.1 or 14.2. I’ve been pretty lazy with posting on here lately… 313 on 14.1 and 194 on 14.2. They aren’t the greatest scores, but with my knee issues I take them.

      I wish i knew, because looking at everyones workout, well over half of the people did not do the jerk recoveries.

    20 Rep Back Squat – 305# today. The squats themselves did not feel as difficult as holding the bar for the duration of the 20 reps for some reason. Still very taxing.
