Note regarding rips: As an FYI, if you guys/gals rip or even just as hand maintenance, use Preparation H on the rip or calluses. Sound ridiculous and weird, but per numerous gymnasts sites, they swear by it. Used it on mine, and after 2 days, it’s almost back to normal. Just thought I would pass this along as I never thought to use @ss lube on my rips…
