If 270 reps (9 rounds) are completed in under 12 minutes, time extends to 16 minutes.

    (HUGE PR! (34 reps) The last time I did this was the Open last year and I had 125 reps. I had about 20 seconds left in the 1st 4:00 when I hit my 90th rep this time. All C2B were unbroken. 1st 2 sets of thrusters were unbroken, then I moved to 8/7 after that.

    Definitely didn’t feel as bad as I did last year. Doing this by myself was a little demotivating. I think a 130+ could be in the cards, and I think this WoD gets repeated…please let it get repeated!!!!

    Snatch: 253#, missed 264# numerous times.
    C&J: 308#
    FSx3: 330#

    Conditioning: 126 reps. I made it to the second round a little easier than during the Open last. Still with only a few seconds to spare but I was able to breath and talk after those first 4 minutes. I still needed about 30 seconds to start moving again but I honestly just did not want to go to a dark place on the second round. Ended up with 5 less reps than my Open score and really not hurting too badly.

    78… 6 less than last year, which was my first wod doing c2b pull-ups. Pacing was too slow 15/5+5+5/8+7/5+5+5/8+7/3 and grip/lungs were fine. If this comes up again I’m hauling ass I’m sick of getting sub 90
