  4. Snatch 185# -20. Working on technique with a coach- didn’t try heavy

    C&J 255# heaviest gotten in awhile- felt good and smooth

    3rm Front squat #275 (+5) have PR’d last 3 weeks in a row – don’t think my #290 1 rep is still accurate.

    OVH got tough to quite tough in the 20’s.
    10 min went quick- haven’t done 11.4 before

  5. Snatch: 205 (-10). Just didn’t quite have it today
    C&J : 265 (tie PR) Been sitting on this number for far too long

    Cond: Got through one full round exactly. I have about 50 yards between where I did the burpees and squats and where my rings are. By the time I got back to the bar the clock had just run out. If they were right next to each other I probably could have gotten to 10-15 burpees.

    • Broke up the OHS as 10 UB / 5 then dropped weight to shoulders to rest, then 5 more / and 6 reps, weight to shoulders, then 4. So I only had to pick the bar up from the ground 3 times. Seemed to work pretty well

    1/1/3 – Shoulders sore from yesterday. Showed in WoD.

    Sn: 187#. 2# PR.
    C&J: 225#. -10# PR.
    FS: 250#. -15# PR.

    11.4: 91 reps, ie 1 MU. Not happy about this at all. Pretty pissed, actually.
    Burpees: finished at 4:45. Not blazing, but not slow.
    OHS: Sets of 10. Finished at 9:15. Shoulders were already weak and this just fried them. Cardio was fine, shoulders just couldn’t hold it.
    MU: failed first 3. Took 10 seconds and got 1 as time expired.

    6MU, hips go when transitioning from burpees to ohs, wanted at least 1 round.

    *Wasn’t even CrossFitting in 2011. Not pleased with my score. Finished first 20 burpees in about 50 seconds which ruined me.

    Cond- 90 reps with a minute left. No rings or pull up bar. Did max ub stationary dips in last minute- 21. Burpees felt great (what?!)- done at 4 min in. But the squats totally winded me. Embarrassing. First day back after 3 days out with sinus infection and flu.

    Feel like I’m stuck at my weights on snatch and clean. Just one of those times I suppose

    3) 205# felt easy and fast despite a rough week (no PR)

    -OMG the OHS were terribly hard today, but kept moving (slowly) and tried to finish to no avail.

    96 gamed too much for muscle ups which weren’t a problem. Will get into second round next time it comes up
