  2. Feeling really good this week. Still not 100% but no pain
    BBG: 1) 175 – did not go heavier, did a few sets at this weight
    2) 210 – did not go heavier, did a few sets at this weight
    Strength: 185 – same as BBG, a few sets @185, groin is getting better every day.
    Conditioning: groin has been taxed enough this week. Did lower body mobilty. Since groin injury have been making this a priority.

    1/3/1 – Per intended, pretty wrecked. Didn’t get close to PR’s and even those felt like a struggle.

    Conditioning: DND. Would have had to wait an hour to use rings. Did class’s WoD. 4 person team/ 30 mins: 100 cal row, 100 Thrusters 45#, 100 HRPUs, 100 KBS, 100 sit-ups, 100 DB Snatch 70#, remaining time AMRAP of 3 burpee MUs. Also, needed a mental break from Outlaw, no offense.

    Cond: 17:08, fixing mu’s so a lot slower than I would’ve like. I float my hips all the way to the bottom of the rings, which is great but when I sit through I tend to pike and my feet come just above the top of the rings (makes it hard to sit through). But I’m working on kicking them back down once I reach max height. Getting better.

    1) 83kg (-8kg). Did a lot of technique work today and that was pretty productive. Missed 89kg 3x
    2) 105kg (-15kg), failed so miserably at 110kg I stopped for the day.

    305lbs (+5lbs), Probably due to me being more comfortable with the bounce.

    Conditioning
    Performed so utterly poorly I capped myself at 15:00min and wallowed in self pity for 5min while sipping on delicious espresso.

    Really thrashed today and basically just trudged along. CNS is smoked.

    25 min. I knew this would be tough. Weight was rx but sets were chopped up. The first set of mu’s were done on the confounded pull up handle deal between the cable chest fly thing. The rest were c2b , 15 ub pull ups. Not great, but it kicked my ass none the less.
