Burpees to plate – pick plate up and press it at the top of the burpee? Never seen these programmed and Google search was not conclusive.

It’s to jump on to make sure you leave the ground during the jump of the burpee. place the plate in front of you and jump on top, i.e. burpee box jump but with a plate.
