      • Drank, did you order true to size or go down in size? I’ve heard both recommendations. I wear a size 13 Nike running shoe but am considering ordering the Romaleos in 12.5.

    Been doing outlaw for 7 weeks, feeling immensely stronger than when I started, and best of all, no injuries. This shit is hard but it really works if you commit to it 🙂 Thanks Rudy for the programming.

    I have come to the realization that the most likely reason that I am not progressing at the rate I think I should be is lack of sleep. 6.5 hours or less per night is just not cutting it.
