Just so everyone knows, Paul had toilet paper stuffed up his nose because he snatched so heavy in warmups that his nose started bleeding – not kidding.

  6. BBG: Did 3 sets at 175 (felt great) then my lower back went. Had to stop lifting for the day. rode bike and that was painful

  7. BBG: 155/3×160. Clean felt really heavy, jerk ok.

    Strength: a) 235/220/235/235
    b) 115/125/135/145. Did from rack so much less weight that could do from blocks because to pût that bar back on thé shoulders isn’t pleasant at all.

    Conditioning: 2+30 RX. Weight for c&j felt weirdly too light. Still struggling a lot with t2b, not able to kip :/

    2) caught up on hell squats, will catch up today’s strength tonight.

    3) 3 + 4. I’m still not sure double unders and t2b should be parts of CrossFit. Can’t we just do high rep o lifting or something and make that a sport?! 😛

  15. BBG: 2 @195# (80%) and 2 @200#…No misses, but definitely some mini press-outs on the jerk. Something is off on my Jerk form, not really getting under it even though I feel like its getting plenty high.

    Cond: Took my time on this, felt very spent. 2 rounds @120#. Could not string together more than 5 TTB

    Cnj- 240 missed jerk on 2 and 3 and dumped straight onto ma kneecaps on 4. No squatting tomorrow I’m guessing..
