8X1 Snatch from Power Position @ 90% (drop the load if this isn’t possible) – rest 2:00

Strength

1) 6X3/6 FS/BS @ 90% (of 1RM Front Squat) – rest 3-4 min between sets and increase rest each set as needed

2a) 4X3 Drop Snatch (No dip allowed) @ 65%-70% – rest 60 sec.
2b) 4X3 Weighted Strict Pull-ups @ 35/20# + ME Strict Pull-ups (weighted PU should be loaded with a DB between the legs, when 3 weighted reps are finished drop the DB – without dropping off the bar – and complete the ME set with as many UB unweighted strict pull-ups as possible) – rest 60 sec.

    Did full snatches. 3 singles at 80%
    Strength:
    135kg…. failed 3rd front squat and 6th back squat on first set then dropped to 130kg for the last 5 sets. First squats I’ve failed in the past 3 squat cycles. Unreal.

    • Right there with you. Missed a single rep on Smolov and Hatch, combined; but this one is taking me behind the woodshed.

    snatch drop 125 (60%), any heavier and i cant seem to wrap my mind around not dipping

    made it to 45 on the way up
    got to 35 pretty quick then could just not pull it together. as the clock ran out, decided to go for a final ME set and got 65

    Went in a little skeptical about hitting percentages, started a little lower.
    210 x 2, 218 x6. Super pumped that i hit my percentage 6/6 times and they all felt great.

    325… failed 3rd front squat of 4th set.. stripped some weight, cleaned it back up, put weight back on and did my back squats.
    Belted up for 5th set front squats, hit them, and back squats
    1 front squat in 6th set, 6/6 back squats.
    just brutal, I’m happy with only missing 3 reps of front squat.
