    very bummed about this. due to occupancy of the rings and being short on time, I just did the 30 power clean and push jerks at 155 for time ( 3:05)/. On the plus side this is faster than the last time I did Grace ( at 135). I’ll have endless time to train tomorrow so I’ll work on some muscle ups then.
