  1. Was feeling awesome today, until pairing RDLs with more Squats!

  4. Bad Day!
    Had zero energy getting under the bar for the BBG. Lot’s of misses for 145 and 155 today.

    Really had to talk myself into doing the squats today. wanted to call it a day after BBG. I finished them though. No problems but just felt weak and tired. For some reason i tend to feel awesome Mondays, Tuesday a little shitty, and Wednesday like hell. Then pretty good friday and saturday.

  5. Got a little work in today. Competing in Team SuperFit Charlotte this Saturday. First competition in 16 months. Excited to put this ankle to the test.

  8. The absolute worst day of BBG i have had since starting outlaw in July.. no power or speed.

    Haven’t posted on here in a few days… Took 5th in a team competition this weekend. Should have podiumed, but my partner had issues with C2B pull ups. Hit 295# on a complex of 1 power clean + 2 hang squat cleans + jerk. Only guy to beat me hit 300#. He also weighs 50# more than I do.

  24. I am so antsy to max, I feel like all my lifts will be higher because some of these percentages are not as difficult as i would expect them to be.
