  1. Is anyone else not receiving the emails anymore? I even re-subscribed, and I am still not getting them. It doesn’t matter that much to me, as I am a desk jockey for 8 hours a day, but I just noticed over the past few days I wasn’t getting anything.

    2.) 309, failed jerk at 325. Elbows are hitting my legs periodically on heavy cleans any one have a quick fix?

    18/M/72kg(cutting down to be a 69)
    Snatch: 80kg, 85 kg, 90kg(f) (missed because I came up on my toes in bottom)
    Clean and jerk: 100kg, 110kg, 115kg(f) (failed on a press out)

  10. Second day training after a 3 week layoff. Didnt have a choice in the matter. More sore than I was scpecting this morning. Went about 80-90% effort in everything just to get back into it.

    Snatch 245
    Clean and Jerk 325

    Everything fast, smooth, and easy.

  13. Hit some really good numbers (for me) on Friday, but Saturday felt weak as shit.
    1) Hit 145# (88%. Did more on the hang triple day before, second pull was soooo weak) failed at 94% (155) several times

    2) 205#, -10#. Was thrilled i hit that today.

    Cond: Rx, fr sq for WOD=172.5#: 17:20. Sucked at rope climbs and burpees were soo slow. Overall pretty sore and fatigued for today.

  14. I’ve been following the Outlaw Way programming for 6 weeks now and the results have been way beyond my expectations.

    In this short time period my PR in C&J has gone from 112,5 to 122,5 (+10kg) and the Snatch from 80 to 100 (+20 kg).

    100 kg Snatch:

  15. Did a mock only comp today. Weighed in at 71 kilos.
    Snatch: 94kg-98(x)-98(x)
    Clean and jerk: 125kg-130(x)-130
    Total: 224.

    This would have qualified me for nationals in the 69 kilo class and i was 4 kilos short of my PR on snatch and 5 kilos short of my PR on clean and jerk today. Thank you outlaw.

    Snatch: 205# (-30#) …slow as shit today
    C & J: 275# (-40#)

    Conditioning: 19:43 (front squats at 225# … 245# would have been impossible with the legs today)

  17. Snatch: 155#, failed 160#
    c&j: 170# (spent a little more time snatching, so had to cut back here)
