    No clean and jerk.

    FS only up to 275 x 3 didn’t feel good.

    Worked up to 275 and stopped after 1 rep. Felt my back getting tired.

    Last day scaling the barbell work.

    1) 165 (+5) I know full well I’m still dwelling in the wee weights, but getting this up the way I did was important. Decent technique was used to get this PR.

    2) 225(+5) Still not cleaning, did 1RM for Jerk only. Another barrier broke through today. Have wanted 225 for some time but alway missed.

    Strength:
    FS: 245(+5) I’m approaching my ATG HBBS max…something is wrong here.

    Conditioning: 6:47 @ 275 DL and 100 singles (I know, I know…singles not appropriate sub for DUs. I did it anyway).

    2:58 rx, grabbed the wrong rope slowed me some.

    Made up, back squats/front squats/bench/pull-ups due to missing them for a wedding.

    Cond:
    with 100kg –> 5:35, all double unders unbroken, have never done 50 unbroken before, that’s huge for me

    was on the soccer field all day today with the kids, pretty beat up, don’t even know how and why I even trained. glad I did.
