  1. 3a) would that mean feet on the floor directly under the heels?
    How low should we set up the rings ?

    • Wear a heavy vest. Or put a boombox on your chest (boombox must be on while performing the movement and carried by the ear 80’s style in between work)

  2. No boastfulness: Hit a couple Pr’s yesterday in competition:
    Snatch: 225, 20 lb. Pr
    C/J: 275, 20 lb Pr

    It was a 2 man/2women team CrossFit competition, we won it. There were approximately 30 teams with multiple regional athletes so I feel fortunate to have competed well and more importantly had fun. I may have screamed Shankle on the C/J, jk but I was happy. On to 250/300 now.
