Wear a heavy vest. Or put a boombox on your chest (boombox must be on while performing the movement and carried by the ear 80’s style in between work)

It was a 2 man/2women team CrossFit competition, we won it. There were approximately 30 teams with multiple regional athletes so I feel fortunate to have competed well and more importantly had fun. I may have screamed Shankle on the C/J, jk but I was happy. On to 250/300 now.
