  1. Maxed out today because I am leaving for a week.

    Snatch – 264, than about ten attempts at 280 and put it behind me, locked it out and lost it forward, walked it out and lost it and did pretty much everything else other than make the lift. Its coming though.

    C&J – 308, jumped to 330 but got pinned.

    Clean and Jerk – 295 (-10) Cleaned 315 which was a PR for my full but lost the jerk forward. Pretty pumped about both those numbers still though. Knees felt pretty ragged so didn’t do anything after. Hopefully that and tomorrow will get them back in a good spot.

  8. Switching it up a little to keep it fresh and snatch has been wrecking my joints. Did gymnastic ring work, handstand and strict muscle ups

    Since we can lift at our high school now again, we are switching Friday’s and Saturday’s work so we can use the drop weights. Our YMCA doesn’t have any so it’s hard to attempt maxes.

    Conditioning: Subbed 1:00 max burpees for the 400m run. Don’t know time.

    1) 165 (+5). Very ugly though. Sort of power snatched then lowered into full snatch. I’m happy for the +5 but my form must suck as I can’t seem to get past these mid-100 weights.

    2) DND due to right arm pain.

    Strength: 240 (+5). Getting better at these. Current 1rm is 250 so looking forward to re-maxing again.

    Conditioning: 12:47 scaled…

    300m Run (track is 300m, I would have to run an extra 100m at the finish then run back to gym area to do KBs and PUs)
