WOD on 7/24 called for pause clean first pulls. To me, this means stop at the knees hold, then lower to the floor. Today, 4a) calls for pause clean pulls (no “first”)…does this mean still do as I did on 7/24, stopping at the knees, with no pull to hips or chest? Blast away…
Pause 3s below the knee and then violently finish your pull.
