  1. First session back in 2 weeks that I could go below parallel with no hip flexor pain. Nothing massive today but I got the 90-95% out which I was happy with.

    Snatch) 110kg – first time unbelted
    C&J) 140kg
    Front squat) 145kg
    Cond) 9:07 – quite happy considering I’ve put on 2kg lol

    Was going to come back to Fr. Squat after I did a conditioning piece with a couple of the Navy guys but alas, I was gassed. Felt pretty good today. Not real happy with my Snatch, (something broke again) but real jazzed about C&J. The jerk was ugly though.
