Quick success story…not long ago, I couldn’t even power snatch 135 one time. At the beginning of this cycle my Isabelle time was 4:58. Yesterday my gym was doing Isabelle, so I decided to re-test it after doing the squats for the day and dropped my time to 3:42. The Way is working.

I’ve been only doing 10lbs over each week as conservative increases so I was happy with the c&j.
Conditioning sucked. My grip strength is shot after surgery. Running wasn’t good either. Legs big time fatigued. Besides, my excitement from my pr drained me 🙂
Doing the active recovery jack hammering my driveway so yay!
