If they’ve got an incline bench you can use that. Place lower abs/right above hip flexors on the “incline” part of the bench and then use a band(s) to increase the weight.

Any suggestions for adding weight to reverse hypers (GHD) would be appreciated. We’ve been using PT bands to strap DBs to our feet, but that only holds to about 40#. Been adding reps instead but would like to go heavy when it says “very heavy”
We use some heavy duty ankle weights…sounds funny but gets the job done. Each ankle weight goes up to about 30#.
I got a tip from a local gymnastics studio – they put a nylon loop through the center of the smaller metal plates, then slip it around the athletes’ ankles.
