This week has been a bit rough had two fast days (Orthodox tradition). Monday was one which means I got through my C&J and had nothing left in the tank. C&J complex up to 115, split press up to 80, pendlay up to 85, bouldered for 20 minutes instead of metcon and even that was not my best effort so I’m glad I made the call to forgo the metcon.
My schedule has been really screwed up this week. I had to take Tuesday off so I did Tuesday’s work on Wednesday but did Wednesday’s HBBS as well. I will do Wednesday’s work today, Thursday minus the HBBS. Confusing, I know.
