  1. i’m guessing for the 3 sets of UB touch n go SN, you want full snatches, not Power SN?

  7. Did 13.3 yesterday. Got no-rep’d probably 20 times, which threw my whole gameplan out of whack, and I did significantly worse than I wanted. Didn’t get off the wall until 8 minutes, and was gassed.

Question for Outlaw Nation – maybe Coach. At our box, we don’t have an “X” as a target… we have black tape strung across a wooden board at 10 feet. I know this is pretty basic, but I need clarification. For a rep to be considered a rep, does the entire wall ball need to be over the black tape at the 10 ft mark? If the bottom part of the wall ball nicks/touches the tape in any way, is that a no-rep? The judge said that I was missing it by a hair, hence the no-reps.

    • Wall Ball Top
      The center of the ball
      must hit the target at
      or above the specified
      target height. If the ball
hits low or does not hit
the wall, it is a no rep

This was copied and pasted from the PDF Scorecard for 13.3. Hope it answers your question.

      .

      • When people ask me this question I always tell them to imagine that the wb is covered in ink. If any of the splotch on the wall is shows below the 10′ line, no rep. Most tape is an inch or two thick so it depends on whether the top or the bottom of the tape is the 10′ foot mark, well worth checking next time.

      • I will answer for him. He is around 30th in the central east and hopefully will best his 7th place finish from last year at regionals. He needs a top 5 in our region to go to the games and from what we see on here he has a good shot. And this guy (me) would have a chance to compete against him if he (me again) could do muscle ups when fatigued.

        • Why didn’t you just use “I” instead of a third person pronoun which was cumbersome enough in the syntax of your statement to require clarification inside of parentheses?

          Are you a hipster?
