*After completing the first movement go back to 1 and begin again adding a new movement each round. There are 12 total rounds with one new movement being added each round. I.E. do 1 C&J, then 1 C&J + 2 MU, then 1 C&J + 2 MU + 3 Box Jumps, etc. The WOD is complete when the 12 Front Squats are completed.

  2. This is fucking rad!!!! I’ve been doing the LBEB 12 Days of X-Mas, along with the programming here (so need less to say I’ve been hilarious to watch at times), but this is going to make this the best X-Mas in AStan EVER…….HA!!!!!

    This is where I usually start bitching about where it started to suck, but I’d say after the 2nd C&J i wanted to stab myself

  6. Long time first time. Texas representing. 6’/195/33. Did this today at 44:40. Took about as long to stretch and setup pre wod. Left a part of my soul at the box. Grueling- this and Tuesdays were as hard as they’ve been in while. Merry Christmas love Rudy!

    I was really nervous about the clean and jerks and front squats so I paced it a little too much. Never really got my heart rate up, it felt like a really long warmup. oh well, next year it will be faster.

    • I was thinking the same thing.

      51:32 Rx, all sets unbroken (except the last 12 squats). I took my sweet ass time in transition between movements, but I know I could have pushed harder with a buddy or two chasing me. Having a hard time turning it on when I’m the only one in the gym.

    no words to describe how that one felt. Front Squats were nasty and probably all no reps to be honest. Everything else was paced and unbroken, got the heart rate up and kept it steady

    Ol’ BS popped in gym and wanted to do this so I joined in the fun. We both did powercleans without jerks due to his injury and my lack of following blog and doing lots of hspu yesterday.

  18. I didn’t do this last year and didn’t do this this year either.
    Played a made up version of “Crossfit HORSE”. Around two hours and 16ish different lifts/mini workouts.

  19. Did a funky ass version of this…HUGE class today at our gym, had to share bar with two other guys for the WOD and no room for MUs.

    48:00 at 205# for CnJ and had to sub DL for MU, also accidentally did 14 total Pistols instead of 7…oops

  21. Have our gym’s 12 days on Monday, so opted out of this one. Instead did the Front squats from last saturday, some heavy singles of Snatch and C&J, and the midline work from Friday.

    Sets were unbroken except for 3rd set of pull ups (6-4) and front squats (2-4-6).
    Clean and jerks were power cleans and push jerks.

    Shared bars and box with someone else and took turns.

    Only just started following Outlaw and this was the toughest WOD I’ve done in a long time, mentally and physically.
