  7. Please help! The head coach I work for insists on allowing TGU’s for time in WODS and I totally disagree with it. There was an article a while back by Rudy or by someone else that rudy shared about why you should NOT program TGU’S for time. I need to send it to my boss, can’t seem to locate it.
