Always the toughest day of the week! I’ve been seeing so much progress since I started, it’s tough to take the days off… but I know that they’re vital to success.
Nice logo. …and 10 g’s…sweet! I am hoping every bit is covered by a camera, so I can see every minute, even if its days later. I would love watching the oly total the most!!
Nice video. I actually had that guy as an instructor in school. He knows his shit.
Still waiting for my invite….
Hey- I am trying to register for y’alls little competition, but can’t seem to find where you register.
Also before I do register is there a scaled division? and what does “UB” mean?
Thanks a ton!
In case you didn’t notice, it’s “invitation-only.” Sorry to burst the bubble, mate.
Yeah, but how do we register to get an invite to the Open? That’s what I think he’s asking, mate. Throw another shrimp on the barbee.
27 front squats at 250#…0.o dear lord.
90 HSPU’s…..0..0 ouch. I need to up my volume on those
Selling my spot in mid-week north Sydney camp on January 9-11th

Profet Elija, can you just give it to me and be not-for-profet-Elija?
Does anyone have tips on how to burn some calories on a rest day? I feel like I still want to tone up for the weekend.
Active recovery. Go for a light run or light row.
That’s what’s up! Good lookin’ stuff, right there!
Workout 4 certainly looks familiar, though I think yesterday’s was (significantly) tougher, which I assume was the point.
i hope you are inviting the kid (Johnny Medina III) i would be boss to see him destroy some of the “more seasoned” competitors.
I third that shit
Looks like he’s on the list already.
1) OO looks awesome. As expected great programming, well rounded, excellent tests.
2) i’m not trying to but in, but you might consider adding a forum page to the event page so that people who are traveling far (as competitors OR spectators) could, perhaps, discuss rooming up together. Cost savings! For example, I think we have 1 athlete going, rooming up could save some dough, assuming he doesn’t win 10 large 😉
3) whatever happened to the data from test week? you still interested in that statistical analysis?
I agree, I was just going to post on Rudy’s wall about trying to put together something for people trying to arrive around the same time, car pool, room, ect. Flights into Palm Springs for me are crazy high, but LAX is 1/3 of price. But of course would have to rent and drive over to PS.
PS: 5RM deadlifts, and max rep pull-ups; AND muscle-ups and Front squat = brilliant programming! Just sayin
Haters gonna hate.
I’ll see you real athletes at the rhabdo tent!
I have 3 tickets for the Providence Training camp, friends and I can’t make it, looking for face value, let me know/contact me! Someone has got to want them!
I WANT THEM !!! What’s your email ! Or email me email@example.com
I HEART FRONT SQUATS and UB PULLUPS!!!
