I have a stupid question thats serious. I know you posted the link to the 3rm, but since then my 3rm has gone up 40#’s, the weight i would be using would be pretty easy, wondering if it’s better to scale up or do these for speed
I missed 3rm day and have been using 95% of my 1rm, and bumping the base number up as my 1rm has increased. I haven’t failed any reps or died yet.
