  2. bit confused by the buy in for the row – does this mean that the 5 min amrap for DU starts after the row is completed then subtract the seconds rowed or is the row included in the 5 mins (eg row 500m in 120s which then gives me 3 mins for the double unders)

    any help would be much appreciated

    -Ring Dips easy, KB snatches weren’t too bad, jump squats killed me, totally underestimated those, broke those on set 2, 1 & 3 UB but slow

    2) Did 30 MU for tiem instead: 4:55 PR

    1:40 row, 125 DU, Score: 25

    4 rounds on AMRAP, but subbed 45 foot sled pull with 90# (about half BW) to sub for rope climb due to no roope, all bench UB

    3) Used a body slam dummy with a 20# weight vest attached to his chest made it about 130-140# and A LOT more awkward than a stone, i’ve lifted a 150# stone and tha was a lot easier than this

    HSPU were here and there and so was wall ball

    Did HSPU to 5 minch deficit head to floor, no abmat
    Wall ball was just meh

        Subbed in 80# DB Carry on each shoulder and went 75′ for the 50′ Stone Carry

    Conditioning – very low motivation for a metcon this morning……just kinda moved along like a slug without any urgency.

  9. So far today:
    Eliminator: 12:23 Ya that’s a shitty time. Did it early this morning before coaching so suck it.

    Terminator: 1- 8. Did 2 more after the 5 minutes to even it out to 10.
    2- 1:42 row – 161 DU
    3- 3 rounds + 1 Bench. Bench felt really heavy today. GHD’s and rope climbs weren’t too bad. Rope climbs are easier now that I have compression pants to protect my shins.

    May make up BP’s WOD later today. Of course I say that now…

    MU/HSPU was not going to happen. I worked on muscle up efficiency.

    ROW/DU wod – 2 minute WOD – I had a hard time taking it seriously, and 215 double unders. My score was 95. Wow, what a WOD!

    10 min AMRAP: 3 rope climbs, 6 bench press @ 95# (hey, I’m a Masters…) and 9 GHD. I got 2 full rounds and 6 bench presses.

    Did not do the Mastrubator. Candy ass. No stones. Call it what you want, I was tired. The above was all done with in 2hrs.
