bit confused by the buy in for the row – does this mean that the 5 min amrap for DU starts after the row is completed then subtract the seconds rowed or is the row included in the 5 mins (eg row 500m in 120s which then gives me 3 mins for the double unders)

Eliminator: 12:23 Ya that’s a shitty time. Did it early this morning before coaching so suck it.
Terminator: 1- 8. Did 2 more after the 5 minutes to even it out to 10.
2- 1:42 row – 161 DU
3- 3 rounds + 1 Bench. Bench felt really heavy today. GHD’s and rope climbs weren’t too bad. Rope climbs are easier now that I have compression pants to protect my shins.
May make up BP’s WOD later today. Of course I say that now…
