Few Days Behind figured Id share the video of one of my Athletes crushing PRs the “Outlaw Way” Garys 325# power Clean, this is a 45# PR. I put my games athletes on the Outlaw program April 1st. This is just one example of crushed PR’s. Gary missed regionals with a flu virus that literally knocked him out cold in the thruster pull up wod. A shame with his strength those regional wods would have been fun to watch. BTW hes only been CrossFitting for 5 months, and has little to know lift training prior to coming to Paradigm.
