I’ll get the #3 post up soon, and I was asked to give a basics to how I program the Outlaw WODs. I WILL keep this thing updated from now on, I promise. I turned the internet off at the gym thinking I’d use my Clear wireless, but evidently the gym is the only place in the DC Metro area that doesn’t have Clear service. That’s how they get ya. I know this is a big tease, but I felt I needed to let everyone know what was going on. I love you all – like a nerd loves Star Wars (too much?).
